Introduce:

Consisting of Drawing, Winding, Knitting, Setting and Cutting Machines, this assembly designed and developed on the up-to-dated technology, by utilizing HDPE&PP round filaments as its materials. The round filaments drawn out from the drawing machine are applicable for the manufacturing of ropes/cables, fishing nets construction safty nets, sun shielding nets, artificial hair, mosquito nets, brushes as well as protectives nets for the cotton fields. The plastic circular loom series have different spinnerent as 120,180,260 with the filaments ranging from 0.15to 0.25mm and the winding spindles of 130,192, and 1288 seperately. The productivity of the assembly 15-50kg /h/   The assembly is compacted in its struvture. A Dc motor is used for drawing thus a synchronous speed regulation and a single speed regulation can be achieved to meet the different paramenters.
